My wife and I had a horrific accident in St John’s, Newfoundland while traveling with twenty-six other Airstream trailers on a two-month caravan. Our trailer overturned and was totaled. Our pick-up sustained slight damage and needed to be repaired so we could return to the U.S. I drove it to Terra Nova GMC, explained our predicament, and they went right to work. They diagnosed the problem promptly, had the required parts over-night delivered from Montreal, and had them installed the next morning. We were able to pick up our U-haul trailer, load our possessions from the wrecked trailer, and depart for our home 3,000 miles away on the following day. You were the answer to many prayers. Thank-you all for your kindness and professionalism during this difficult situation. I came with a problem and left with friends. Specifically, service coordinator Eileen Reddman was efficient, friendly, and kept us fully informed as her team worked. Dealer Principal Alexia Feltham personally welcomed us and assured we received great care. Tom Norris and Terry Jones were not only friendly, they did great mechanical work and made sure the pick-up was 100% safe for the long drive ahead of us.
